Servers down again?

Are the servers down again? I no there's going to be maintenance today at 4 am [censored] i live in holland and that's around 1 o'clock in the afternoon here,any one else problems again?

Each time, I just close out of the game completely, then get back in. It's been working for me. We have 3 more hours until the server maintenance begins.

I am new to this forum but server maintaince 2 days in a row is a bit much and server maintaince since Wed. means 3 out of the last 4 days

I'd expect daily rebooting until late next week.
As I do not work for SDS, but have extensive experience in server technology infrastructure (20+ years), they are experiencing too much data being cached in the space where menus are synchronized with data storage. Volume of players and how they mapped their menus is causing the issue.
I've posted in other areas, had they taken the exact same game and launched it cross platform, we wouldn't experience the majority of the lagging we have now.
They'll figure out how to handle the problem. It's not a one day fix and you can't throw bodies at a problem like this. Also, as you work offline daily to write the code, you have to put it into production daily after a restart in order to test it.
It's gotten better everyday.
I call this a toll booth problem. Everything that carries you to and from a game mode whether internal to DD or not (including market, collections etc) brings you back to a centralized toll booth. Once you go through the toll, your data is synced with the changes you made, and you can carry on into the next area you're going to.
