2XP not working properly

I'm getting 2XP from Conquest gameplay that is confirmed on the rewards screen but when i go back to the 1st Inning Program page, it only counts as 1XP.

Not only did you not get double , you didn’t get full credit for your game. 1652 xp short for the game + 3302 for the double = 4954 short . That really hurts.
