Pre-Order, Digital Deluxe, and Tech Test Rewards

I have still not received these and the game has been out for a week, I have messaged support, which says there should be a response in 5 business days but I still have not received help. They have said they returned stubs to those who lost them day one but I have yet to receive my packs stubs double dailies etc. for the first week of the game. So far I have wasted $40 and as a no money spent guy, this is a real bummer.
I don’t want to sound like I am mad, I have played DD every year and I have never been one to complain about anything, even if there have been issues, but those 42 packs, standards, gold packs, stubs, and double dailies would do wonders for my no-money spent grind. If a dev could please reach out, and or return my rewards that would be great. Because obviously messaging support hasn’t worked for over a week.
I know people still haven’t received their stubs, but has anyone else had my issue? Because I feel like I’m the only one rn. Thanks everyone, I just needed to let this out. -
Have you checked the stubs shop?

Yes. I am on PS4, I did the restore licenses, checked stub shop every day, checked pack inventory, message support twice, and I don’t have many more options besides the forums
