How long does the planned maintenance usually last?

Why are y’all complaining so much that it’s taking a while? Don’t you want them to actually take the time to figure out the issues, fix them properly so it doesn’t happen again? Y’all are on here crying like it’s life and death that the servers down and being fixed. Let them do their thing and fix it properly and stop crying. Yes we all paid to play, yes it’s not ideal, yes we are frustrated but god [censored] let them fix it!

That's what I was thinking. I'll only be upset if the servers come back and I STILL can't download customer rosters.

I don’t have a problem with fixing the servers, but maybe after 2 1/2 hours they should post an update.

Still down as of now. Hopefully that means they have identified the issue and are working on a hard fix instead of just a bandaid.

Trust. We all want to play. We all are frustrated this is happening and we all want them to fix the issue as fast as possible but not at the expense of them not fixing it 100% or properly. Let them do their thing and get it figured out so we can enjoy the game and not have this happen again.

It’s just still man. We all want to play. We all are frustrated this is happening and we all want them to fix the issue as fast as possible but not at the expense of them not fixing it 100% or properly. Let them do their thing and get it figured out so we can enjoy the game and not have this happen again.
This again is largely to do with lack of communication - which isn't a new issue with respect to SDS.
It would not take up that much employee input to post a single update about what is going on as this is an unusually long downtime.
Additionally, many people are only able to play this game on the weekends, so extended down times hitting on the weekends are worse than if they were to hit during the week.

The issue isn't them fixing them. The issue is they continually fix them without updating the community. So we are left in the dark on what is going on. I simple comment or notification isn't too much to ask and would be the responsible thing to do.

Ask yourself one question. If it takes 4, 5 8 or 10 hours for maintenance and it resolves some of these major issues will it be worth it? I think we all know the answer to that, as long as they are fixed.
