How to add 4th Pitch in RTTS?

I’ve been trying to find a way to add a 4th pitch for my pitcher in RTTS. I already finished a season in the majors and played the following years Spring training and I still don’t have the option to add a 4th pitch. Is this a bug or a glitch can someone help me please?

I have no idea either. I have a 90+ diamond pitcher in the majors and still haven't gotten the option

If that’s the case I’ll just probably pause playing my pitcher until they patch it because this is ridiculous.

And yet, every other starting pitcher in the minors has 4 pitches, even the other starters on your team! what a mess.
