Refunds for TA Vouchers???

I know there are like 100 treads about this but wow the servers are terrible. My question is will I receive all the TA vouchers I’ve lost because either the servers crashed while I was turning them in or crashed after I beat the boss? It’s quite annoying when I’m trying to grind for cards.
