Missing Secondary Positions

Just curious about some cards and lack of secondary positions. The rookie Giambi card is a 3b. The evolved all star Giambi is a 1b. Shouldn’t he still have 3b as a secondary position. Same with breakout Biggio. I tried to put him at catcher when I first got him but he didn’t have it as a secondary position. He came up as a catcher. Plus the signature Biggio from last year had it as a secondary position.
It’s not a big deal I guess. It’s just a little odd.

Single season cards will only included positions they played that season

Oh I guess that makes sense.

Of course then again, Roberto Clemente is a card from 1972, where he only played RF but he has all OF positions as secondary. Who knows?

There is different rules for each card series. I do know all of them. I know with Signature Series for secondary position they have had to play the majority of 1 season at a position to be eligible
