4+ Weeks of no access to DD & "Squad Not Found" Network Error.

Since Sunday night after playing ranked I haven't been able to access diamond dynasty due to "squad not found"
Also, now that the show site is live, I can't generate or do anything with my squad. I can access the market and all of my inventory, but I can't sell the cards that were in my lineups when my squad disappeared due to them currently being used somewhere.
After paying for an edition with early access & now missing out on launch week all I have received is the generic "I'll pass your ticket along email" that took an entire day for them to reply with, crickets since then.
Has anyone else had this issue or found away to work around this?

Going on 5 days now of not being able to play diamond dynasty due to the server losing my squad and giving me an error/booting me anytime I try to access it.
Still zero replies on my ticket.
Glad I bought the digital deluxe edition to get early access, smh! -

Ty, getting a bit bummed as I was finally blessed with some good pulls for the first time this year & I was planning on grinding out a bunch of these programs to make some stubs.
Now if only the community market page would ever load that would help a little bit, lol. -

I already put $150 in the game including the $100 edition, and have 2 days spent in diamond dynasty, and now I can't access it. I get the same "Squad not found" error too.

Gives me a sliver of hope that they will actually fix it since more people have had it happen.Yeah hopefully, I tried calling Xbox support and they gave me the link to the Sony support request thing, which has not been very helpful so far. I sent them two emails and got tickets as well, so now we just wait.

Grinding exhibition games and the market can only hold interest for so long. -

Grinding exhibition games and the market can only hold interest for so long.I have not been having any problems getting into DD. I have had many server problems but besides that it is working fine for me. I hope they reward you with some free packs though.

Now up to 11 days of this.. Next to zero response to my ticket other than asking if I linked my account.
On the bright side I've had plenty of time to use the market and collect most of the live series cards.Would be nice if I could actually play DD and use my cards though.
Lack of replies on my ticket so far is very disappointing. -
What ever fix went in today did not fix the "Squad Not Found" issue some of us have been having,
13 days now I have been unable to play/use Diamond Dynasty. -
Im having the same issue. Todays update fixed my RTTS and other issues that were going on but DD still saying squad not found. I only started DD because i wanted to try to progress my RTTS player. Got through one game, got server error and then squad not found. I honestly may not even use DD if RTTS continues to progress like it should but i would be lying if i said it didnt irritate the hell out of me to not even have the option to play it. I pre ordered for early access too. Very disappointing considering this has been my favorite game for almost 20 years
