Wearing a golf/batting glove...
-
Okay, this is borderline insanity but has anyone worn a glove to play this or another game before? I find the PS controller analog sticks are far from ergonomic, and they easily absorb oils and residues, quickly becoming slick. I recently switched to analog-stride input and I had the idea maybe a wearing a glove would cut down on finger slips....
Am I taking this too far?

I wear an elbow guard and goggles. You can never be too safe.

Part of the reason I ditched playstation as soon as it was announced that MLB was coming to Xbox. Sony controllers are built for tiny hands and the sticks stink.
To answer your question though, yes. I think that is too far.

i wear a jock strap and a cup in case i drop the controller in my lap

Get control freaks before you do anything like that. They’re like 15 bucks and it helps because sometimes my hands get sweaty and I experience similar problems

I switched from 360 to Ps4 because of how much more I liked Sonys controlers. if you play a lot of games like me after a while the xbox starts to really hurt my hands

Kontrol freaks are the move.

I only wear tight pants that accentuate the D
-
I shoot up sone roids and put a cork in my controller so I have an advantage for hitting
-
I don’t wear any gear but when I suck at hitting I want to make myself an eye appointment. I’m getting old and wonder if my vision is going

I use pine tar on the right stick.
I have successfully filed off the tip from my left and replaced it with a thumb tack to get a little more movement on my pitches.

If it helps you, in all honesty, yeah go for it. They also sell grips you can put on your controller I’ve heard help.
