Stubs purchase still not redeemable!

I've seen a few posts and updates from SDS about users not getting their pre-sell benefits, etc. I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the issue I have with stubs. I purchased stubs on 4/16 through the PS store on the PS app. It shows up in my transaction history and everything but they never showed up on my account. In prior years, I have purchased stubs this way and they show up on the game stubs screen with the option to "redeem". I have contacted SDS twice and they say to be patient but it's frustrating when I purchased it to try and get some collections done and now I am still waiting. Anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue with the preorder $25k from the Jackie Robinson edition. I got a generic response, and then I have not heard anything since Saturday

Still no resolution for this. Do I need to dispute it on my credit card or what?
