Has Anyone Been Granted a Refund for Stubs Not Delivered

I bought stubs on pre-order early release night and they've never showed up in my account. After all these days and countless back and fourths with The Show support via email and chats with PSN, I'm getting the feeling I'm never going to get the stubs. On top of that, PSN claims that they can't grant a refund.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and pressed the point far enough to get a refund?

Same situation. Same ruling from Sony support on the matter. At this point I consider it a scam and will no longer purchase Sony brand anything. Enjoy my $100 you won’t get any more of my money now or in the future.

I got scammed myself 100.00 dollar add on all disappeared whole game reset lost everything. Did the same thing called psn, also tried The Show admin no answers

What I have learned over the years is that the more stubs you buy, the quicker SDS responds.

Follow up: I was able to get PSN to give me a refund after approximately 5 chats with them over 7 days, and a number of back and fourth emails with SDS as well.

I just made a purchase for stubs and haven’t gotten them yet either.

Me: No Rey thanks for trying I know they limit what you can do. Its just said because I am trying to spend money on Sony products and your company is making it as difficult as possible to ever want to do it again -
I feel your pain. I have been thru several releases of this game in a row this is by far the worst. I wanted to hit the show running this year but much like you SDS refuses to fix their issue they simply /ignor on it all. They where clearly not ready and the servers are unable to handle the load. This is a direct failure on SDS part but they will not acknowledge it. The double exp is nice but when you can't stay connected enough to make use of it the whole thing becomes a hollow gesture. I know some say all is fine and it must be us but when I can play any other MP game with no issue the proof is in the pudding. This will likely be my last show for awhile if not ever as I feel my money has been wasted.

Same here. Decided to buy stubs early this year instead of breaking down and doing it later in the season. Tried to buy 150k stubs; purchase went through; credit card charged; unhandled server issue; no stubs. And SDS has been basically unresponsive. Just brazenly criminal.
