Better question is will the servers even be up when the event is supposed to be going on cause at this point that is even in doubt.

I saw earlier today that they change the Daily Moment at 9:00AM (assuming that is PST since that's the time zone SDS operates in) but in years past they've always dropped Roster Updates at noon (also PST) so I'd wager a guess that it'll either be 9:00AM or noon PST.
