Unfortunately this has been normal for the game the past several years. Some worse then others but not stable at all. Was always a good time to play Rtts before.

If I had to guess I would say they downsized their staff do to the pandemic so they can't handle all the problems. Take twitch drops that change was made awhile ago and every game studio changed with it except SDS yet they blame twitch for their own failing. A rocky launch is not abnormal but most company's would have PR reps dealing with the flack rather then ignoring it and letting it boil. I am going to stop myself here before I get onto all the bugs as it's become the biggest roach motel this side of Mexico.

100% garbage sds. I payed 100 dollars for this [censored]. Get it together. I work 14 hours a days and when I can’t enjoy what I paid for for the 1-2 hours I get a day. Cmon. Give me my money back their are other websites are useful for my time

Think we should start processing claims for refunds through microsoft and sony for the non playability issue

Same on PS5 but hey they still haven't fixed pre order issues. I put in a ticket on it and got reply the next day "did you get your pre order bonus items yet?" my response "nope not yet" their response "crickets chirping" been playing it for years never been like this.
They fixed mine. Found them in my inbox when I logged into Diamond dynasty

This is a yearly issue with sds servers and that was only on ps4 prior. Now they have Xbox on there plate too so it’s even worse. This is why people simply stopped pre ordering and waiting a month or 2 for bugs each year

This is a yearly right of passage.
The difference is, this year the game play is as close to perfect as I've seen (I've been playing since '15).
After the debacle of '19 (the year of the never ending lazy fly ball that defied gravity) I sat out last year. I was very encouraged by the first few days... So much for that.
If you're waiting for a dev response, don't hold your breath. It's not coming.
They aren't going to come on and say, "Ya, we stole money again."
Hopefully, players start dropping off out of frustration. Then by August, the servers can handle who's left.
Fool me once, shame on you... Fool 5 times? Shame on me.
They got me again, and I'm out $100. -

Seriously though where are their devs man lol. Im on the series X and the game is sooo slow. Loading times are horrendous, servers up and down, no task progression, game crashes. This is absurd, and theyre acting like its working perfect
This is common. Love this game but this happens EVERY year with little to no acknowledgement from SDS.

I feel that they should compensate the players with any card of their choice for each day of server fails. ill take Trout and Bellinger for my first two.

Not to burst your bubble but it won’t save. Completed one last night and got a server exception. Nothing saved

I wouldn't be super mad at all the server issues because I know the game was just released...but considering I Paid a Hefty Fee to buy the game to play 4 days early...enough staff should be on board to handle the Demand. I agree...this is a Big Fail...needs to be address overall.

Nice! now if only they would fix mine lol kinda chump change at this point in the game but still it's the principle for me

Exactly, paid 100 dollars and I have 60+ losses due to just crashes. But now it won't even connect to the show online. I want to be compensated in rewards or a refund! 5 days of this is way to long man..
