Diamond dynasty Ranked unplayable

I have been trying since the 16th to play ranked play in Diamond dynasty and the only thing I get is Challenge Failed when trying to join Ranked or Battle Royals
Does anyone know how to fix this? Because support does not answer

Ive played 6 ranked games and have had zero issue getting and playing a ranked game when I wanna play one
