I noticed that for DD, my ballplayer is a 65 overall with 117 power. That somewhat makes sense as I have good equipment and perks in addition to almost max power, but then for RTTS its only around 94. Does equipment not count for regular RTTS? Also my progression for my archetype seems to be working, but very irregular. Sometimes it counts and sometimes it does not.

How’d you get you power that high in RTTS?? I thought 50 is the max cap... you can get your base number to a 90 something?? How??

From what I understand, the archetype boosts the base number. So my speedster has 70 speed with the bronze archetype. The base level is still 30. I am assuming OP uses the power archetype which boosts his base sats. That way he gets the 40 point boost on top of that 30 base. Even more if he has leveled up the archetype.

Yeah my base is only 48 for righties and around 41 for lefties, but I have the silver archetype bonus. Seem to be getting no equipment bonus though

I thought the same about the equipment bonus. But if you pause the RTTS game while playing and look at your player card, you will see the bonuses are actually being applied. They simply aren't visible as part of your OVR.

How’d you get the archetypes leveled up? Mine won’t progress. I’ve been on the 3/25 hits or whatever to level up spark plug for like 20 games now and I have like 30 hits... it won’t track

This is a known bug, there are a couple youtube vidoes showing possible work around/fixes. I havent been able to verify if anything works yet.

From what I’ve found, two things seem to work. Either 1. Play a conquest game in DD with ur ballplayer and see if the program tracks. If it does switch to RTTS and then it usually works for me.
    2. Delete ur loadout then rebuild it if #1 didn’t work on its own

When you're picking an arechtype, there's usually a position connected to it. Like 1B is connected to slugger and relief pitcher is connected to the cheese archetype. So whatever archetype I wanted to level up I would just play that position. I'm done grinding now though they jus need to fix the mode.

I have the diamond archetype for cheese as a starting pitcher in RTTS. It turns into big hammer which is preferred for a closer. Even as a starting pitcher I’ve been able to progress it. In RTTS and DD
