Xbox and New to the Show Players

Bugs have damaged my experience but once resolved I will be happy playing RTTS. It’s a good career system. Seems as fun to me as NBA 2K MyCareer with a less strong story aspect maybe. To get my RTTS fix until bugs are fixed I have been playing Franchise with a created player on player lock which seems the same gameplay experience at least.

Was really excited for this game, mostly for RTTS, but it has been pretty disappointing so far. RTTS feels underbaked. That with all the other issues wish I would have waited to buy this.

Disappointed by the bugs and issues but its cool finally having a game like this.

I understand the frustration and i'm not giving them a complete pass. But be assured they are a good team and it will get fixed.
I would like to say at some point you have to acknowledge they had to deal with Covid issues as well during development on top of it being the biggest launch in history for them. So i know it hasn't been the best start, i can assure you it has only been this bad 1 other time in the 11 years i've been playing.

Besides the main issues with RTTS it feels like there are less clutch moments compared to last year

Bad thing? Or good thing? Boss challenges or totally different?

I do think you should be able to make a new My Ballplayer though as I can see replay value being less in that regard. If you level up your My Ballplayer to max but then want to start a new RTTS career you will have a huge head start of you capped out all the attributes.

you know the moments you get in a game sometimes where you get bonus choices for driving in a run without getting an out or using power swing for hit to advance runners which I rather see more often like it was in other years

Yeah i like those too. I think people complained that they came up to much.

I think that feature was supposed to be in there, i believe they said they were working to find a solution to that as well.

I have a a decent amount of moment so far. Less the mlb 20 but still a nice amount. I would say about 1 or 2 every other game roughly

Just being able to play a good baseball game tbh. Even though its buggy and SDS seems to not give a [censored] about RTTS I'm still playing a lot since early release

Well I haven’t been having any real issues. Just think the changing of the stick direction to advance/retreat runners is pretty stupid. Should be consistent. Not sure why but when I wasn’t paying attention to the display I pushed the left stick to the right thinking I was advancing but my runner went back. The display was showing advance up at that point. Don’t know why pushing to the right was interpreted as a down push.
