Servers down?

It’s really pathetic that this happens every single year and we all just say “it’s to be expected” why are we so okay with this?

This. Every launch has issues, but to have absolutely zero communication on launch day is beer league level.
I have a feeling this has to do with cross play, outriders had the same issues at launch and it was due to cross play, difference is they at least made the token gesture of saying “hey we’re working on it” lol

I mean technically its not free its part of a subscription and honestly its more of a bad look on Sony for not offering the same sort of service.

It’s more than likely a cross play issue, a lot of the recent cross play games have been having the same sort of server issues. SDS just needs to communicate better, this cant be left unaddressed.

Communication has been an "area of opportunity" for as long as I can recall...
I've been on DD now for 9 years and can't recall ever being this disappointed.

I don't understand why they are sorta kinda trying to stay up. Right now I can't post orders in the market, can't play online, 1st inning program isn't showing up, conquest matches are failing. Wouldn't it be better to take it down for X amount of time and sort out their problems? I don't understand

Man I've been playing this game for about ten years now and this stuff ALWAYS happens at launch. I used to get mad about it but I'm way past that now I guess.

They won't. I have a bunch of friends on xbox through game pass and already moaning about continuing on thinking his is how it will be moving forward.

That was also the year I got banned for no appearant reason. About 300 + players got banned.

Oh the year they mass banned a bunch of people overnight for a "market exploit" without saying what happened, and bans being non-negotiable?
