Haven't tried this so I can't confirm if it works or not but I would assume it does.

Don't try it until there is a fix. A bunch of people have lost everything on the game because of trying to link xbox and psn accounts

You just need to link your accounts on the website, and then save your DD team to the cloud on PS5 before going to your Xbox to play.
