No Progress for Ballplayer Program?

I’m so confused on how the stats for the program aren’t counting. I got my perk up to silver because at one point I suppose the progress was being counted, but now it hasn’t been counting anything. Is anyone else dealing with the same issue. Does the difficulty level affect this? I’ve been playing on beginning but the sliders are normal, so I have been getting xp but none of the missions for the perk program.

Mine are not counting either. Probably due to the servers being up and down because of the traffic. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.
