Anybody know how too equip team socks for rtts player in mlb 21 is like 20 or do have too buy the stance socks first

When fielding ground balls in RTTS mode. My player that’s a shortstop gets a throwing meter and on Xbox we press RT. Throw is always off!! Is there a timing or something to make an accurate throw?
