Purchased stubs from PS App. Does not show up inside game.

I purchased 24,000 stubs in the PS app. (Got an email receipt and everything) When I go inside the game, they are not there. I even went to the App Store inside the game to purchase the same thing again and was able to purchase 24,000 stubs and it worked. But I’m still out the $20 I spent for the first purchase.

How do I redeem my PS app purchase?

Same ps store says since content is downloaded or streamed they cannot do a thing about it and I have to work through this self help.

I am having the same issue. I have receipt from PS store but its not showing redeemable.

If you go to the purchase stubs area in the game as if you were buying more , it should have them there where you just click redeem

That’s how it’s always been but that’s not working for a lot of people right now, myself included. I opened a ticket with SDS last week but it sucks. I either want my stubs or to be refunded. Server issues are one thing but this is theft even though it’s not done on purpose. I’ve never had issues with SDS before this year, it’s kind of sad really.
