I’m probably missing something obvious, but how do I acquire his rookie card to begin his player program missions? I attempted to do a search to see if this was answered, but we all know how that went.

Hit triangle on the card and there is a tab that shows how acquired.
I believe it is xp reward path.

A choice pack that has the card is an XP reward. I think it's a low level like 10
