Where is ps5 entitlement?

Got collector ed with hat.
Code entered.
Ps4 version downloaded.
Cant find ps5 version anywhere.Please help.

Ok. I need help here.
I have a PS5. Purchased physical ed. Jacky robinson collector ed.
Got code in.
Got disc in.
PS4 started to install.
No PS5 entitlement anywhere.
Called Sony for support.
Deleted MLB the Show for PS4.
Reinstalled it.
Again, PS5 entitlement is nowhere to be find.
Sony told me to contact San Diego Studio.But where?

i'm stuck re downloading cause i was told to delete the game and try again smh. This game is so corrupted i just want a refund at this point. Who knows if even Gamestop will give me a refund now that i used the code.

Nothing. Same issue. No option to download PS5 version.

Same issue bought the collectors edition but ps5 game code didn’t work I don’t know why as it gave me the packs but not the ps5 version of the game. Please help sds.

I understand that saving production costs on making more discs for the ps4 cause it might be cheaper, but why put the PS5 version of this game on a PS4 disc? Oh right cause we wanted to get a HAT!
