Can I change my pitch type back to one that I changed?

I am new to the game. Can I add an old pitch/ change pitches back to a type I already know? For example I switched my 4s fastball to something else and I want to change it back. Also can I add another pitch type in slot 4? Thanks

im wondering the same thing about the 4th and 5th pitches. I've played about 10 games in the MLB and still no option.

I do know that you are able to change back to your 4 seamer in the training menu but you will have to wait until that option is available again. I switched my 4 seamer to a sinker but had to wait until "Change pitch type 1" said 4 seam fastball
