Not getting credit for completing tasks

In my players “Slugger Tasks” there are Road to the Show Missions like “24 play appearances” or “20 extra-base hits” I will play a game and get 4-5 plate appearances and a couple extra base hits but most of the time I do not get credit for these on the task page. This is the same with the Diamond Dynasty tasks. I will play a game and it does not give me credit for the tasks i completed. Does anyone know why this is or how I can fix it?

You can't. The game mode is broken and it is not working for any of us.

From what I have seen you only get credit for progress if you are playing the primary position of the load out in rtts. So if you are working on silver slugging slick fielder (which is a primary 3d) and your rtts is a 2b...you will not get get credit for progress...at least that's how I am seeing it anyway...it's an absolute joke how this has been set up...be thankful you can still play a secondary position in rtts, because in dd if you play your player at any of the secondaries he plays like he's out of position.

Ok, cool...I was just going by my experience...when was running my 2b primary archetype I was getting progress, but since I moved to slick fielding catcher archetype I no longer receive progress...so I guess it is bugged, I am glad to hear it's working for you though

I get no progress at all. Since the update. I have SP Arch i threw 8.1 innings and 14 SO's none of it recorded in tasks.

This is a huge issue as the whole RTTS model is based off upgrading your archetype... and it’s broken lol. This is my first year playing MLB The Show and I am not impressed at all to say the least.

So I've noticed for me I stopped getting (or was maybe never getting) Ballplayer/archetype progress counted in RTTS as of yesterday but still get progress in DD games (Conquest for me). And I'd get progress playing at catcher even though archetype is now for 3B. But even that's broken because it's not really counting secondary positions.. like my guy has 80+ blocking and drops literally everything not in the strike zone
