I suck at hitting

I haven't played any of the show games since 17 so I have fell off hitting wise. I'm able to get the PCI to where it needs to be and im getting a little better at plate discipline, but I'm atrocious at timing it up. I rarely get a perfect swing, does anyone have any tips of how to fix this?

Playing on a monitor? That's the first tip.

Second would just be practice mode. If location isn't an issue then timing should come fairly easily for you.
