Has anyone else not received their Stubs back from the cancelled Buy Orders issue?

Missing 600K stubs, had buy orders for Trout, Acuna, deGrom and so on. I purchased mine pre launch and got them, unlike some of you but after I cancelled those buy orders they went away. Agree with all of you, frustrating. I submitted my ticket an hour ago because it wasn’t fixed. I gave them time and thought, they will know and get it fixed.

I submitted mine yesterday, they will tell you that they are aware of the situation and they are working to resolve it. I though the server maintenance would’ve resolved the issue, but not the case.

I’m missing a few packs I stupidly opened during the server issues. Not as a big a deal as what most above have experienced, but I doubt I’ll see those back.

Exactly lmao. Like I’m suppose to be happy $150 worth of stubs is missing from my account. I’m suppose to say thank you to sds for this. Its also not just about the money. It’s about how the company is ran. They provide one update yesterday, nothing today, and no stubs have been returned.

In real life, that means something, I work my [censored] off all week so I can enjoy the weekends playing DD, and not having them in time is costing me doing the things I wanted to do this weekend in the game. That other kid seems like a troll, but this might take a bit of time to fix. Obviously something was seriously seriously broken and it involves pretty serious amounts of money cumulatively. I've seen a few dozen people complain in what amounts to thousands of dollars, but people on here complaining are a very small fraction of the people and money victimized by whatever was broken. There's absolutely no way sds wont fix this, too much money involved. My guess is they are finding a way to systematically determine every single person that lost stubs, and then they'll check and recheck manually before pushing the fix button. As much as it sucks, I can't imagine this will be immediate. I personally probably wouldn't get upset unless they didn't have this fixed by standard edition launch. This is certainly a top priority as the dollars involved could be huge.

Dude I wouldn’t mind being patient if they were transparent. I’m more so talking about the people that respond to the tickets that are filled out. They give you an automated answer and then you hear nothing back. That’s not how a company should be ran. Once again it’s the principle.
