Looking to gather players for Sim League

Used to run successful leagues before they removed franchise mode. Looking to gather no nonsense players to start a multi year league. We will figure out details as a group, but these settings would be my starting point.

Balks: On
Pitching: Any Style
Hitting: Zone Buttons
