I had the same issue. Close the game and come back in. it should let you redeem them

What do you mean redeem, I don't have a code or anything.

It's just what it said... I dunno man? Just give it a shot. it came up right away that I had redeemable items and it was my stubs.

I bought stubs from in the game, money has been taken from my bank account and nothing in game. exited the game and came back and still nothing.

And still nothing. I wish they would at least acknowledge something.

Wish I saw this before I just wasted 100 bucks on stubs and got nothing as well. Charged immediately but nothing to show for it. How does this game totally f up their launch every year?

I tried buying stubs on console last night and it said they were not available yet

Pretty scummy that this is a known issue yet they are leaving stubs available for purchase.

Everytime I order stubs they don't show up I actually went to the store and paid for them and still no stubs

Every time? How many times have you given the game money and not gotten anything in return? two times, ten times? Generally, one would question their decision to keep doing something that has a negative result.
This is fascinating, keep us posted.
