Whatre the best settings for a 1 m/s monitor to be able to see the pitch the best? No HDR, and lower resolution right?

i find Hdr helps because of the lighting it makes the ball stand out a bit more imho

Can anyone else help with this? i changed my settings, took HDR off and went from 1440p to 780p.
