Yes, they get the Show 21 for 'free'. But if they want the extra packs, stubs, cards, and 4 day early release; they'll still need to pre-order the Digital Deluxe version.

Packs are pointless. I'd take the free game over the chance of getting something. There's enough ways to earn packs in game.

In all fairness tho, pre ordering for $100 is a better deal imo than buying $100 worth of stubs

Its all a matter what is best for you. For me I have played DD for years ND just upgrading to a Series S and that price tag that the standard edition is prefect. Yes I have to wait 4 more days and miss out on some packs and the 42 players but I know I can aquire most of those cards later on down the road so not a huge loss. I for one will be getting the game pass version with a stub bundle then when the game is removed from the service which I guess will be by the allstar break pick up the digital deluxe version at the discounted rate.

What makes you think/know that it's being removed by the AS break?
