Why can't I forfeit a current event in M20?

It seems ridiculous that I can't just take a big cold streak bonus to get out of this particular game. I have no reason to keep playing while down 11-0 in the 6th inning in the NLCS.
Oh, and if you want to know why, Julio Urias hit a grand slam, and so did AJ Pollock, despite getting good timing on pitches low and away, they conveniently hung right down the middle, as does half the pitches once the calendar turned to October. Just amazing that Schwarber can hit 11 doubles in a 5 game series despite hitting .199 on the season with 17 XBH -
Does the lineup still reset back to the autogenerated one every time you lose 2 on an event and have to start over? That was pretty annoying in 19. It would be nice if the previous lineup you had generated was still there.

Not sure what you mean, but every time I go into a different game the lineup is rebuilt by the CPU and stupid things like "Jay Bruce in CF" happen. Also, I decided to lower difficulty to All-Star, and instead it automatically lowered it to beginner for some reason

My bad. I was reading a thread about an event and tried to respond to that. I have no idea how it ended up here since I don't even remember reading your OP.
