I have opened WELL over 100 standard packs alone, and have not pulled a single diamond. I don’t know if i’m just unlucky or what, but there is no way there is a 1:50 chance of packing a diamond in a standard pack.

Having a 2% chance of pulling a diamond and not getting one in 100 tries is not crazy. At all

Did you pull any diamonds? I am pretty sure that equipment, sponsorships, stadiums, etc., all count in those odds.

Think of how much of a sample size "Well over 100 packs" is in the grand scheme of an entire player base. It's a drop in the bucket. Making any conclusions on what is or isn't the odds is foolish.
I've probably opened 80-100ish packs and pulled Ketel Marte, Freeman, Bellinger, and Mookie. does that mean I should try the conclusion that pack odds are actually 1:25? Of course not.

I’m right there with you but it doesn’t mean the odds aren’t 1:50. We’re just unlucky enough to roll the 49:50 outcome over and over.

just landed 3 diamond pulls and two golds from the conquest ten pack. Judge, Baez, and Hader. Could not believe it! I also pulled a Sale in the digital deluxe 20 pack for a total of four thus far. I have only pulled one other diamond out of a pack ever, that being a Lindor last year.

my odds have been bad so far. Pulled nothing but junk. And I’ve opened a lot of packs.

I saw Kevin pull trout, Betts, yelich on day 1. Koogs also pulled DeGrom twice and trout, so yeah packs are rigged

I've pulled several so far, both headliners, Trout, Mookie, and a handful of 85's. Opened 100 or so packs.

I pulled Baez and Rollins in back to back packs after getting none in my first 50 or so.

I got 1 50 bundle that pulled 3 within 8 packs(Realmuto, Springer and Alonso) 2 of those were in back to back packs and a 20 bundle that had Ketel Marte. All luck of the draw. Side note, my headliner one pack from 100 stars had Bregman.
edit... double checked it was 3 out of 4 packs in the 50 bundle -
I’ve gotten some decent stuff from packs that I’ve earned, I haven’t purchased any with stubs.
Best card so far was diamond ketel marte, for golds I’ve gotten Anderson, Tatis, Abreu, moustakas.
Hopefully I’ll pull something from these conquest packs. I’m almost done with the USA map and finished the other 2 yesterday -
