Pre-order 15th Anniversary Edition

When I put my code in, which was when early access came out, I didn’t receive my 20 extra packs or 25k stubs. I waited until today to see if I had to just wait until the full game came out and I still didn’t get anything. I tried to input the code again and it said I had redeemed it already. I used the code on the GameStop receipt. Anybody else having this issue?

did you go to where you can buy stubs in game,? That is where the pre order stuff should be sitting ready to be redeemed.
