All modes lead to errors!

I have try every modes and have yet been able to play a game in the show 21 tech test! Every time I was able to enter to pick a ballpark, my starting pitcher, and pick my starting lineup; but when i click to accept it would flash the word ready and then it would crash. This happen over and over again! I check my internet, check the speeds and I connected the ps5 to a Ethernet C
