Tech Test PlayStation Download Questions/Help - Don't make new threads

I just got the notification, went to complete it and its saying "The code you entered may not be correct ot may no longer be valid". I didn't alter the code at all.

This was on Ps4. I do have a Ps5 so if need be I can recieve a code there too.

Nothing. I was sent two codes, neither work.
