Help Please! PS4 Error Code from Opening Packs

Hello all,

I just opened up 150 standard packs and 25 balling is a habit packs on my account and I received a popup which stated that a WS- 37397-9 has occurred.

When I looked up what that was, it says that I may have been banned? Why would I be banned for opening packs which have been in my inventory?

Are there any devs that would have an answer for this?

Honestly very confused and now I'm wishing I hadn't opened these [censored] things if it's going to get me banned.
