Connection Issues

I was just disconnected from 1-1 game heading into to the top of the 3rd. I was given the loss. I reported it as “Connection Issues” on the console. Is there anything else I need to do to restore my rating points? I went down 34 points.
I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but opponent was pausing constantly throughout.
Please advise.

lmao no move on chief, we've all been there and there's nothing you can do.

They'll never give you the points back. Your opponent also was tethering his cellphone or creating local network traffic while you were hitting to invoke meatballs and severe RNG implementation.
Doesn't hurt to report it, but it's only to make you feel better. SDS won't adjust RS points for a disconnect.

Didn’t they use to? Maybe not in ‘20. This is the first time it has happened to me in ‘20 so I don’t know.
But I could have sworn they restored points to me back in ‘16 or ‘17.
I mean, it’s in my game history. They can see it. Game was tied 1-1. Why should I lose points, and why should he gain points?
Game should be deleted as if a FQ was accepted. Shouldn’t be hard for them to do that.
I mean, it’s just a game, so it isn’t the most important thing in the world.
But it is a small injustice that seemingly has a simple fix. Why would they just ignore that? That doesn’t endear people to their product. I’m already on the fence about buying ‘21. Having this ignored doesn’t make me want to put that preorder in at all.

They treat it as a standard disconnect. Its not worth the investigating to them about looking at the game data, box score, situation etc.
Sending a ticket will get you 3 packs or so as a "sorry".

Ok. Wow. Thanks for the info. It’s not how I would run the company but I guess they know what they’re doing (and not doing).
