Missing players

Don't know if anyone have the same issue but, every time I log in to Diamond Dynasty and check my inventory I always come up missing players. Reported to The show so they can fix it. 6 months dealing with this issue and still waiting.

If you've been dealing with it since the season, could it have been guys that got put on the FA list for COVID protocol or guys that opted out? Don't know why it would be doing it now.
