Next Event possible rewards

The next event is build a squad using teams that didn't make the playoffs. Assuming the reward or rewards are from one of those teams I feel these are the options
Red Sox: None that I can think of
Orioles: Adley, Brooks Robinson, or Eddie Murray
Tigers: Jack Morris
Royals: Bobby Witt Jr.
Mariners: Edgar Martinez, Jared Kelenic, Julio Rodriguez, or Logan Gilbert
Angels: Garrett Anderson
Rangers: None that I can think of
Mets: None that I can think of
Nationals: None that I can think of
Phillies: Steve Bedrosian, Robin Roberts
Pirates: Willie Stargell
Diamondbacks: Luis Gonzalez
Rockies: None that I can think of
Giants: None that I can think ofLet me know if I am missing anyone!

I will point out that at some times the event rewards don’t match the event criteria. E.g. Braun and Bell in the Nature event. Although I suppose part two might be “man” teams for which the Brewers and Pirates would qualify.
They don't always fit the event requirements but they always seem to fit the theme. Braun and Bell would both be eligible for part 2. The biggest difference in rewards Vs event requirements IMO was Goose and Will Clark in the postseason event, but even then both of those guys are postseason hero's in their own right, just weren't postseason cards

Genuine Leather was Kopech (a pitcher) and Rodgers (82 fielding shortstop). Those don’t really fit the theme. Also what was the one with Matt Manning? I don’t think that made sense either.

99 Finest Rendon could be a possibility
Devers also had a Finest card they could resurrect. -
Eddie Murray & Edgar Martinez would be the best options from what you listed. Either way I would def want a Murray card. His other diamond was amazing for me

Murray and Gilbert were already event rewards this year.
As was Percival, who someone mentioned above, and Brooks Robinson. It's unlikely that previous event rewards would be the rewards for this one it would just be a pretty short list otherwise lol
