I mean, are they doing that? They added Josh Bell, which is a decent pickup I guess, but besides that what have they done in building?

I believe so. Shwarbs can get you 35+ HRs and if Bell can get back to where he was a couple years ago, that's two cheap additions who can do some serious damage in your 5-6 hole.
