How hard is it to not have a glitch in every launch. how hard?
fielder under the ball. all of a sudden he just runs even though my finger is nowhere near the joystick
and is check swing not a [censored] thing anymore? or am i just gonna get called for swinging everytime?
Edit ahead of time: I usually dont post on here. I have no idea why I decided to be angry and let it out in this format.
Wanted to delete this immediately after i posted a comment below but apparently i cant. so to the gentleman below, sorry for the comment. just wanted to vent here. shouldve done it a better worded way -

I'm pretty sure Skepple would beat you with 1 hand. That being said, I also noticed the check swing is still broken where I get called for strikes even though I clearly didn't swing across the plate.

listen, my bad. ive had 8 games in a row where either my fielder is under the ball and decides to run or i get the strike call on check swings where the bat barely left the shoulder. it's frustrating af trying to enjoy a game when you have to clench and pray when a fielders going for the ball

The problem is for some reason they have the random check swing animations with different levels of swing completion but that has no impact on the actual call, which is a dice roll thats about 99% against you.

Check swings do not seem to be an issue at all so far. last year my biggest complaint with them was if I looked at my button I would get called for a full swing. I couldnt check my swing to save my life. This year so far I havent had any issues. If I dont mash the button they dont swing.

Weird, I have had the opposite experience. I am getting called more than I usually do. It's not really an issue, as I would almost never get called on it in 19. I'm fine with getting more calls against me, because honestly I shouldn't have gotten away with so many check swings last year.

Me too. I get that animation where my batter only pulls his hands slightly down and goes back immediately and I get called for a strike. The bat hardly even moved, I checked every single time through actual replay because I know in the box on your hitting camera, it's not always clear to see if you broke the plane or not.
