Yep, this sounds about right

I'm at 898 and playing my WS play-in game for the second time this season. Top of the 8th it's 1-1, both of us are playing horribly and it feels like one of those games where whoever scores next is going to win.
I go to pinch hit Yelich for my pitcher, and as it goes to the cut screen of him walking to the plate the game freezes. After two or three minutes it closes out the game, and I get dinged with the L.
I didn't get any connectivity messages, no "network error has occurred," "lost connection with opponent," nothing. It just takes me back to the DD home screen with everything working perfectly.
What the heck just happened to me? Did I just get intentionally frozen, which apparently is a thing some people know how to do?

I think some people know how to do it. It happened to me the other day right after I declined a fq

I got DC’d in my WS game the other day too. Crazy how the game waited till my most important game to happen

Yeah I’m still salty. If I’d been getting beat I wouldn’t really care but it was anybody’s game. I’ve never experienced it before where it freezes, then closes out with no error message and I lost.
