XP Bar is moving, but still at same level

Is anyone else experiencing this? I have reached level 40 twice (that I know of, possibly more), but when I come back into DD out of a game I am still showing at level 39. It's been two straight games now that this has happened. I will level up in the game, but its not transferring over. Obviously not receiving any rewards since the game won't display that I've reached level 40. This is quite frustrating! On the bright side I am still leveling up in Ranked Sesons, just not XP.

Update - I just tried to level up outside of Ranked seasons and went into a showdown. Same result! I watched my XP go up during the challenge, and when I got back into the lobby it defaulted it back to what I had previously had before I went into the showdown. I really hope this is just a glitch and when it's fixed I will get credit for all this XP I'm losing! I figure I should at least be around 45 by now, but nope still stuck at 39. Hopefully no one else is experiencing this. Its extremely frustrating!

Had this saturday, reported it as a bug and next morning everything was fine and you don't lose anything
