Ok so I just asked about walker vs harper and the answer is clearly walker so no I am looking to replace acuna with harper or should I keep acuna in right?

Both are not great options for RS play... Acuna's 51 vision is brutal, and Harper is just not as good as other options (as you mentioned, Walker is the far superior player between the two, but Walker is not an end-game card, Griffey, Mays, Trout & Bellinger are all far superior end-game OF options). If you need an inexpensive corner OF who can hold his own in RS, look no further than PS Arozarena 99, he's free and has solid attributes across the board.
