How good is the finest DJ? I'm thinking of adding him to the squad, and I've got a solid 100k to spend. Should I purchase this DJ or should I get a RF? I'm almost at 300 stars, and I haven't done the showdown. Should I wait for 500 stars to get Larry Walker, or should I get someone off the market?

I'd use those 100k to get the Dodger exchanges done and get Mookie Betts Finest in RF, personally, if you don't already have him. I'd say he's a better bet than DJ. I also personally don't rate Walker (but know some people really like him) but if you get him for free at 500 stars then he's fine, but wouldn't go out of my way to spend stubs on him (in hindsight). The 200k+ I spent on him back in the 5th inning was a regret. He's hit .242 for me and done very little exciting since about September!

I never like DJ cards because of his swing, but the card look nice on paper.

Idk how it happened, blame it on events but DJ is hitting just under .500 through like 50 event games (last week and this week) and will get prestiged without trying, he's ok but I wouldn't put him in a main lineup from a competitive standpoint. From a "offline only" standpoint...why not if you want him? If you're working with limited time and need to upgrade your squad you need to post what you have so far.

I love DJ. Hitting over .320 with him and almost done prestiging. Defense is a little iffy. Sneaky power.

Larry Walker would be perfect upgrade in RF for this squad as that 93 Nelson Cruz shouldn’t be anywhere near OF with common fielding. Get that 99 Cruz upgrade from Twins TA! Defensive upgrade is worth it & put him in LF, move Stanton to bench
DJ would be a nice pick up too if you could flip Cano for stubsC D’arnaud
