Putting Arrieta on the all time orioles is like putting Andrew Miller on the all time tigers/Marlins or Wade Davis on the all time rays. I know The all time orioles could use some pitching but Arrieta was awful there lol

Lol i know right, but as you stated the O's dont have many good pitchers in the show

It is a great card once you learn how to use him. Similar to Maddox, if you use him like a normal FB / Slider guy you are going to get rocked. But use him to move the ball all over and he becomes an ace.
