Anyone ever see this before?

My opponent dashboarded, I got the win, but it closed out my event entry and I have to re-launch with a fresh squad. I also was playing my first game with that entry and didn't have any prior losses. Any ideas what the heck just happened?

This happened to me a few hrs ago. The win counted, but i had to restart the event like I forfeited.
