Fielding input question

Been plying around with it recently offline so have a three part question:

1. Does button v button accuracy matter or is it a matter of preference? I get that button would account for player attributes more whereas accuracy relies on user hitting the green, but does the accuracy input really make a difference? Maybe more user input for the perfect throws (OF to home)?

2. If using accuracy, which attribute affects the size of the green zone and which (if it does) affects the speed of the meter?

3. If using accuracy, how do you cancel a throw properly?

I use accuracy. Errors are extremely rare and my fault when they happen. I have no idea how to cancel a throw or what its practical use would be
