his avg mph on his fastball for years has been 94.9 soooooooooooooooooooo

Sds does not go by averages for many of the pitchers pumping upper 90’s, Kerry wood averaged around 95 as well yet can pump 101. There are few if any starting pitchers in his era that could still pump 100 past the 7th inning it’s utter bs

Yeah at this point the pitch selections definitely seem to be arbitrary at times so I understand the frustration. For instance even the Arrieta doesn't seem more usable than Awards Gibson so it's a wash for me, won't be using neither tbh.

The disrespect to Justin’s verlander is unreal

Get back to us when he has the resume of MacKenzie Gore or Casey Mize........

Makes it easier for me not to have to try and grind out 60 wins lol. Then again I could always buy him he also has no sinker . that Arrieta on the other hand looks nice Sinker primary will buy him later Going to definitely grind out these 20 wins for Cody B .

The whole program is reverse of what it really should be, lol. The rewards get worse as you go along.

    Bellinger>Arrieta>Verlander.

I'm extremely bummed about this Verlander card. Got rid of some speed. Changed out the cutter with a 2-seam. What a huge disappointment.

I don't think he threw a cutter back in 2011, the year of this Cy Young and he basically threw 96-97 FB. So no outlier makes sense, sadly.

But I do agree that Arrietta is better than JV and Bellinger better than both.

For sure they was generous enough to make the better of the two pitchers the 40 win and not 60 wins . 60 wins is a heck of a grind He will be expensive because of that reason alone .

If you believe Fangraphs’ stats, Verlander was FB, SL, CB, CH in 2011...really his whole time in DET. He developed a cutter recently, while in HOU.

Verlander should never have a cutter honestly same as half these cards sds has given sinkers to but no way in hell should jv not be able to touch 100 on his 4 seam!
